Returns
How long do I have to return it?
Not happy with your purchase? You have 14 days to return your item. This can be done free of charge in our store or at your own expense by post.
What cannot be returned?
- Earrings and ear cuffs cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
- We only accept undamaged jewelry for returns.
- Sale items cannot be returned.
- Personalized jewelry cannot be returned.
Other jewelry may be returned.
Why can't earrings and piercings be returned?
We have decided that earrings and piercings cannot be returned because these are pieces of jewelry that go through your body. Once earrings have been sold, we cannot verify whether the customer tried them on at home. Therefore, no earrings or piercings may be returned. This way, we can be sure that we only sell unworn earrings and piercings.
