Is your order not quite what you expected? Too bad, but no problem. You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt.
How do returns work?
- Register your return within 14 days of receipt using our return request form on this page.
- After submitting your request, you will automatically receive a confirmation by e-mail. Print out the return form and add it to your return shipment.
- Send your return at your own expense to:

4. Once we have received your return, we will check whether it meets our return conditions.
5. Is everything in order? Then we will provide a suitable solution. Depending on the situation, you will receive a refund, a replacement item or a voucher.
Return conditions
• The product must be unworn and undamaged.
• Add the return form to the package.
• If possible, we would like to receive the product in its original packaging.
• Earrings, ear cuffs and piercings cannot be returned for hygienic reasons.
• The costs for returning are at your own expense.
• Return shipments are at the risk of the sender. Therefore, always keep your proof of shipment until your return has been fully processed.
Received a damaged or incorrect item?
Have you received a damaged item or is something wrong with your order? Please contact us as soon as possible via info@modestideas.com, so we can look for a suitable solution together.
Refund
Once we have received and checked your return, we will process the refund as soon as possible. The purchase amount will be refunded via the same payment method used to place the order.

Please fill out the following form to submit your return request.
There are no costs associated with returning items in-store. If you are unable to return the item in person, you can also send it back by post at your own expense. The shipping costs are to be borne by the customer. This depends on how you return the order.
Returns are at the risk of the buyer. This means that Siersels is not liable for damage to and/or loss of returned items. Therefore, at the post office, always ask for proof of shipment! If you don't want to take any risks, we advise you to send the return package by registered mail. Please note: keep this until the refund for your returned items has been processed correctly. This is your proof of return.
