Returns
How long do I have to return?
Not happy with your purchase? Then you have 14 days to return your item. This can be done free of charge at our store or at your own expense by post.
What cannot be returned?
- Earrings, piercings and ear cuffs cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
- We only accept undamaged jewellery returns.
- Sale items cannot be returned.
- Personalised jewellery cannot be returned.
Other jewellery may be returned.
How can I return an item?
Does your product not meet your expectations? That's a shame! If it falls within our return policy, you can return it in two ways:
- free of charge in the store, or
- by post (at your own expense).
Returning in-store
Bring the product AND proof of payment to the store. Unfortunately, we cannot do anything for you without proof of payment.
- For in-store purchases: bring your receipt or a bank statement.
- For online purchases: show your order confirmation.
Is everything in order? Then you can choose: you will receive your money back or you can exchange the item for something else of equal value.
Returning by post
Can't visit our physical store? Then you can also return the product by post (provided it meets the return conditions). Shipping costs are at your own expense in this case.

Add the return form to your return shipment.
As soon as we have received your return in good condition, we will refund the amount as soon as possible.
Why can't earrings and piercings be returned?
We have decided that earrings and piercings cannot be returned because these are pieces of jewelry that go through your body. Once earrings have been sold, we cannot verify whether the customer has tried on the earrings at home. Therefore, no earrings or piercings may be returned. This way, we can be sure that we only sell unworn earrings and piercings.
Warranty
Terms and conditions for warranty
To make use of the warranty, it is important to be able to show a valid proof of purchase. This can be a receipt, bank statement, or order confirmation. Without proof of purchase, we unfortunately cannot do anything for you.
Stainless steel jewelry
Has your stainless steel jewelry discolored and was it bought (less than) 6 weeks ago? Then the jewelry is covered by the warranty. In this case, please contact us and we will work together to find a suitable solution.
Stone out of jewelry
Did a stone fall out of your jewelry and did you purchase this piece of jewelry less than 2 weeks ago? Then the jewelry is covered by warranty. In this case, please contact us and we will work together to find a suitable solution.
Do you want to prevent this from happening? The stones are (usually) secured with glue, and it can sometimes happen that this glue dissolves if the jewelry comes into contact with water. Try to minimize contact with water.
Broken piece of jewelry
Has your piece of jewelry broken and is it (less than) 4 weeks since you purchased it? Then the piece of jewelry is covered by warranty. In this case, please contact us and we will work together to find a suitable solution.
